At NAT Energy, we recognize that success in Africa requires deep knowledge of local markets and strong partnerships to address local needs and customs, mitigating many risks. However, this alone is not enough to guarantee excellence in development and execution.

We adopt a pragmatic approach to risk evaluation, ensuring clarity on our position and implementing necessary mitigation measures. With disciplined, structured processes, we continuously monitor and improve our approach to remain proactive and effective. Each risk is assessed for the actions to be taken. Our risk assessment is currently covering around 70 evaluation criteria's over the 3 assessment levels. They are  allocated according to following categories:
